What is covered by Registration Fees?

For Participants:

  1. Participation in all sessions.
  2. Access to the Poster area.
  3. Conference material (Kit)
  4. Local transportation (Pick up and drop from Air Port/ Railway Station and from Accommodation to Conference Venue.)
  5. Break fasts 3X, Lunches 3X, Coffee breaks 6X, Dinners 3X including Welcome Reception.
  6. Cultural Programme.
  7. Accommodation in Hostels, Guest Houses, Faculty Houses or Standard Hotels on twin sharing basis.

    8. ** Accomodation will not be provided to spot registered participants.

Those who wish to stay at Luxury Hotels; they are advised to book their accommodation at their own cost.

For Accompanying Person:

Accompanying Persons will get all the benefits except conference material.

Mode of payment:

Registration fees and other charges are to be paid by Bank Draft of any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “XI IOPB CONFERENCE 2010”, Aurangabad, or Electronic transfer to account No. 000005703250019, Deutsche Bank, Aurangabad.

Overseas delegates can also remit by electronic transfer using swift code DEUTINBBPBC, Correspondent bank: Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, Account No- 04-411-536, New York, Swift Code – BKTRUS33.

Cheques/Credit cards will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

Participants may cancel their Registration. The refund of cancelled registration fees is as -

  • - Cancellation up to 30th May 2010 – 80% Refund.
  • - Cancellation up to 30th June 2010 – 50 % Refund.
  • - Cancellation up to 31st July 2010 – 20 % Refund.
  • - No refund after 1st August 2010.
  • - Processing charges US $ 50 or INR 500 will be deducted from the refund of Registration fees.
